Ajay Devgn is currently busy promoting his next, Shivaay. The film is all set to hit the theaters this Friday and will be clashing with Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

Recently, Ajay along with his wife Kajol attended an interactive session, Manthan on a popular news channel.

Ajay was seen talking about his directorial at the event and he even mentioned that he has not taken a single penny for the film and has made it on a modest budget so as to not put any pressure on the distributors and producers.
