Twist In Tale: UK Forensic Expert Says Jiah Khan’s Hanging Staged

Actress Jiah Khan suicide case has now taken a fresh turn. While last month, the Bombay High court had ruled out murder and concluded the case to be a suicide, a forensic expert from UK who was hired by her mother Rabia Khan has now got another story to tell.

According to the UK expert, the Khan’s hanging was staged and that the marks on her neck and face indicate that her death was not a case of simple suicide.

According to report by a popular daily, Jason-Payne James’ report has a lot of contradictions compared to the Indian forensic report.

Khan was found hanging in her Juhu apartment on 3rd June, 2013 post which, her mother had filed charges against Jiah’s boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi for abetment of suicide.

Payne’s report suggests misinterpretations of medical evidence of the Indian report. It now depends on the court if it will admit a report from a foreign expert that was hired by Jiah’s mother.
