Shoojit Sircar Hasn’t Signed Ranbir Kapoor For His Next

Rumours of Shoojit Sircar signing Ranbir Kapoor for a movie have been put to rest. The Piku director rubbished reports and clarified that he isn’t working on a project with RK.

In an interview to a leading tabloid Shoojit said that right now they both are just interested in football and films. Ranbir had loved his movie Piku and had come to meet him to speak about the film.

Shoojit further said that he had earlier contacted Ranbir to work for a film together and would love to collaborate with him in future. However, there is nothing in pipeline so far.

Shoojit’s next movie is Pink starring Amitabh Bachchan Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari, Andrea Taring, Angad Bedi and Piyush Mishra. The movie is slated to release on 16th September, 2016.
