Shooting Of Sanjay Dutt’s Biopic To Start From January 2017

After a numerous delays, finally there is some good news for all Sanjay Dutt fans, who are eagerly waiting for his biopic by Rajkumar Hirani. The shooting of the biopic will start from January 2017.

Hirani had approached Ranbir Kapoor for the movie in 2014 and the Tamasha star had instantly said yes to play Sanju Baba on screen. The script of the movie was finalised only when Sanjay Dut read it after his release from prison in February.

After Sanjay gave a nod to the script, the project was supposed to go on floors by September this year. However, due to few disputes between the makers, the movie got delayed.

Now, with this news, we only hope the movie does not get further delayed. Ranbir will go under immense physical training to look as bulky as Sanjay Dutt. The movie is slated to release in Christmas 2017.
