Bang Bang showed a considerable drop on its 1st Tuesday. The film collected approximately 10.31 crores on its sixth day and now stands with a total collection of 119.80 crores at the domestic box office.
The film after achieving its 100 crore feat in five days, seems to have slowed down considering that Tuesday was a week day. Bang Bang has been so far enjoying good collections thanks to the extended weekend release and also Monday being a semi-holiday.
The film has now surpassed the lifetime collections of Salman Khan starrer Jai Ho and Akshay Kumar’s Holiday. With this, the film has now become the third highest grosser of 2014.
Bang Bang will have to hold steady in the week and put up a good second weekend collection as well to make more moolah to recover costs since it has been a high budget film.
