As expected, all new releases have terribly failed to make a mark this week at the Domestic Box Office. Rannvijay starrer 3AM has somewhat carried the best reports, followed by Desi Kattey and Chaarfutiya Chhokare.

Desi Kattey made a poor business in multiplex, however the single screens at rural centres managed to rake in little moolah. The movie has made a business of 70 lakhs on Day 1.

3 AM anyway had low chances to work in single screens. This movie managed to gather moolah as much as possible from the urban circuits, especially from the multiplexes. This horror flick has collected 40 lakhs on Day 1.

Chaarfutiya Chhokare was garnered with mix reviews from critics, however, the same didn’t reflect in the mouth publicity. Due to lack of promotions and good pre-release buzz, this Soha Ali Khan starrer opened to rather below par collections on Day 1. This flick managed to rake in 5 lakhs on 1st Friday.

Overall, it was a disastrous week for Bollywood and film business.
