Entertainment saw a drop on its first Tuesday. The film collected 5.13 crores on its fifth day. It now stands with a total collection of 48.82 crores at the domestic box office. This Akshay Kumar will be crossing 50 crores mark in six days, which is a good sign for this comedy drama.

Starring Akshay Kumar and Tamannaah in lead roles, the film has managed to do a good business at the multiplexes and single screens too.

Considering that the film was a comedy drama that is suitable for a family audience, it raked in good business thanks to it. Also, the film had created a good pre-release buzz thanks to its promotional activities and posters involving the pet golden retriever used in the film.
