Kick Becomes Highest Grosser Of 2014 In Five Days | 1st Tuesday Collections

Salman Khan starrer Kick has been the much-awaited release and is now the new entrant into the 100 crore club. The film on its first Tuesday collected almost 29 crores. The film now stands with a total collection of 126.70 crores at the domestic box office.

With this, Kick has already crossed the lifetime collections of Akshay Kumar starrer Holiday which stood at 112.65 crores and has now become the Highest Grosser of 2014.

Considering it was released during Eid, such business was expected from the film and also the fact the it was a solo release. The trends show a business better than that of SRK’s Chennai Express which released last Eid. The action drama being the directorial debut of producer Sajid Nadiadwala had a smashing opening.

With this, Salman now has 4 films in the Top 10 slot as Kick joins the coveted 100 crore club with Ek Tha Tiger, Dabangg 2 and Bodyguard.
