Prabhudeva’s Ramaiya Vastavaiya did great business on its opening weekend at the Domestic Box Office. The film on its 1st day began mildly with a collection of 4.10 crores but over its 1st Saturday and Sunday it managed to pick up quite well!

As per early estimates, Ramaiya Vastavaiya collected 4.75 crores on Day 2 and approx 5.85 crores on Day 3. The Girish Kumar and Shruti Haasan starrer now stands at a total domestic total of about 14.70 crores at the Box Office.

Prabhudeva’s previous films have been box office wonders with his last venture joining the distinguished 100 crore club. This time he shifted from his regular style of work and roped in newer actors. But perhaps this shift in the genre is not working in his favour. With all the color and vigor in the film, the film was still a bland show at the domestic box office.
