Sidharth Malhotra, who swayed millions of female fans after his cute-yet-hot stint in Student Of The Year, will be seen breaking this mould in Ekta Kapoor’s ‘The Villain’.
Yes! Sid’s look is being re-styled. Apparently, the team of ‘The Villain’ wants Sidharth to look tough, mean and mildly stubbled. The makers are keen to position Sidharth as the quintessential mass hero in the film, set in Mumbai.
Says an insider, “The look requires him to look brawny and even sport a different hair-do. There are look tests which are happening. He will be seen in a different genre of film. Hence, his look is of uttermost important. So far eight to 10 looks have been tried on him.”
‘The Villain’ will be directed by Mohit Suri and produced under Balaji Motion Pictures banner.
