Join UsOf the two movies released yesterday it was evident that Zila Ghaziabad will be for the single screens whereas Kai Po Che for the multiplexes. And this is exactly what happened on the 1st Friday of these Bollywood flicks. Zila Ghaziabad remained on the lower end making about 3.50 Crores on its opening day at the domestic box office.
The movie’s best performance was in mass circuits like Bihar, CP, CI, UP and Rajasthan. When we talk of metros the collections were way lesser than anticipated. Kai Po Che indeed ruled the metros. Though the movie released on a fairly large number of screens it suffered from poor occupancy in most of the circuits. The movie will need to show some good growth on Saturday to make a decent total in its 1st weekend box office.
