Join UsThe much awaited Rom-Com of Rohit Shetty featuring Ajay Devgan, Abhishek Bachchan, Asin and Prachi Desai saw the day of light today. As far as we can see it seems the promotional strategy has worked wonders for the movie. Decent reviews only added wings to the flight of Bol Bachchan.
The movie opened with a pretty good occupancy rate at the Indian box-office today. It touched almost 60-65% average occupancy at the multiplexes.
As far as the 1st day 1st show is concerned the movie is doing fairly well in all parts of the country. However, Punjab was a bit below the mark, which was only expected thanks to the release of Jatt and Juliet, which seems to be picking up well there. West Bengal was another region with a low start-up occupancy of 30-35%. However, these numbers are only expected to rise in the coming weekend.
The rest of the country saw a fairly good opening show. It isn’t any sort of record breaking opening day but is sure to pick up on the weekend thanks to the word of mouth publicity and fair reviews.
The 1st Day Collections of Bol Bachchan should be approximately in the range of 11-11.50 crores.
